RETURN POLICY

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  1. In order to return the merchandise and receive a refund, customer is required to contact our customer service by email for the request and will receive an RMA number to process the return.
  2. Merchandise purchased can be returned and requested to be refunded within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply, and all return merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
  3. If you have received a defective or faulty item through no fault of your own, please contact our customer service and state the details. We will, upon request, return 100% of the item’s purchased price and provide a free return shipping label. We may require images and / or video of the defective or damaged item. If package found with visible damages or missing merchandise, customer must notify our customer service within 48 hours of delivery for full refund.
  4. For unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped, we will refund 100% of the item’s purchased price but customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
  5. For non-defective items that are returned opened or non-defective special orders or custom-built items, we will return 85% of the item’s purchased price and customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
  6. For lost items, please contact our customer service right away with the order number, so we can initiate a lost package claim.
  7. There will be no return or refund for any merchandize marked as “final sale” except for the item which is defective or faulty as described in paragraph 3 above.
