Instructions:


Prep the Shrimp: Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then set aside.


Cook Cauliflower "Grits": Simmer chicken broth in an RJ Legend Mini Dutch Oven Pot, add grated cauliflower until soft, then mix in heavy cream, Parmesan, and butter until thickened; season with salt and pepper.


Sauté the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the seasoned shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked.
